Sedrick Alphonzo is the Director of Operations for Models of Success LLC and MFS Professional Workforce Services. A committed husband and father of three, those who know Sedrick know him as a passionate Human Service Professional who seeks to be a positive influence in the lives of the individuals he encounters.

Throughout his professional career, he has worked with grass-root organizations, city government and private entities. Together, these experiences afford him the opportunity to engage individuals both at the community and executive levels.  Immediately out of college, he began working in the housing projects of New Orleans as a Senior Program Coordinator with the Tulane-Xavier National Center for the Urban Community.  In this capacity, he worked to identify community resources, organize local programs, and provided technical support for grant writing and program administration.
