Build a Brighter Future, Today with "Achieve 365"
After decades of servicing our clients, communities, and thousands of youth through mentorship and career development training, Models for Success is excited to launch the next step in our commitment to making a difference in the lives of students.

Achieve 365 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission and goal of supporting students with the transition from high school to post-secondary educational options, including trade skills, technical college and/or 4-year institutions. ​
With the rise in youth crime, ​decrease in graduates, and serious need for economic gain in an increasingly costly world, there has to be a proactive effort to prepare the next generation for secondary education and workforce opportunities.
Our program offers various benefits for students, including: assistance with completing career assessments, identifying potential career paths and corresponding education and training requirements, assistance with college applications, and Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) submission. Students will also learn the basics of goal-setting, organized note-taking, and professional development.
It seems simple, but what should be basic necessities are getting harder for students, especially African Americans, to access in a highly systematic and underfunded school system. If we want to see a change in student outcomes, then we need to start with their input.
